At Lucas TVS, we believe that investing in people goes beyond the workplace; it extends into the families who contribute to our success every day. As part of our ongoing efforts to foster a vibrant, inclusive, and people-centric culture, we recently hosted a Personality Development Program for the children of our employees and contractors.
Held from May 19 to May 24, 2025, at our Padi campus, this five-day event wasn’t just a summer camp; it was a week of learning, self-discovery, and joyful exploration. 

In collaboration with the expert facilitators from Headway Academy, we curated a multidimensional program focused on nurturing creativity, building confidence, and encouraging critical life skills. The sessions included a thoughtfully designed mix of activities such as: 

• Creative Writing & Story Time – to foster expression and imagination

• Speaking Club & Artistic Expression – to enhance communication and creativity

• Fitness Freaks & Robust Living – to promote health and resilience

• Self-Defence & Martial Arts – to build self-confidence and discipline

• Craft Time, Dance, Space Discovery & Science Experiments – to blend fun with experiential learning

• Social Consciousness Workshops – to inspire empathy and community values

Each day gave our young participants the chance to discover their interests, make new friends, and engage in meaningful, hands-on experiences. From exploring the wonders of space to mastering the art of self-defence, every activity was designed to ignite curiosity and cultivate a growth mindset.

What made the program truly special was the energy, enthusiasm, and creativity that each child brought to the table. Our campus was buzzing with laughter, learning, andunforgettable moments that reflected the joy of discovery. As the week progressed, we saw shy faces transform into confident voices, passive observers become active learners, and budding artists emerge with bold ideas and renewed self-belief.

Beyond the activities, the event served as a celebration of the bond we share as a Lucas TVS family. It highlighted the culture we are proud to nurture, one where people are valued, talents are supported, and both individual and collective growth are championed.
