Earlier this year, we launched something special: Flavour of the Month – an initiative that celebrates India’s incredible culinary diversity, one region at a time.

More Than Just a Meal

Every third Friday, our canteen becomes something more than a place to grab lunch. It transforms into a celebration of regional cuisine, where the rich food traditions of different Indian states take center stage. From the bold, fiery spices of Andhra Pradesh to the coastal delicacies of Kerala and the aromatic comfort foods of Karnataka, each month brought a new culinary adventure.

What started as conversations between our Canteen Management Committee and Employee Welfare Team has grown into one of our most anticipated monthly events. The response has been overwhelming – not just because of the delicious food, but because of the conversations it sparks and the connections it creates.

Why This Matters
